What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Do you charge for equipment delivery?
Yes. Some of our equipment requires delivery to your job site, and the delivery rate is determined by location. Call us to request a delivery rate.
To what cities will you deliver?
We cover the entire Orange County area. We also deliver to the L.A. area where rates are practical. We are happy to refer you to another rental yard if needed.
Do I need proof of insurance to rent items?
Yes, in order to rent vehicles, you will need proof of liability insurance.
What payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. We no longer accept checks or American Express. A charge account may be set up in advance.
How much time does a one day rental give me?
Monday through Friday, daily rentals are for a 24 hour period. Saturdays, daily rentals are 7am to 6pm. Call us for special weekend rates.
I only need an item for a few hours; do you rent items by the hour?
Yes, some of our equipment items are available for rental by the hour. Call to inquire on a specific item.
Do you offer training?
During the rental process, we offer training on our equipment. As the renter, you are responsible for the safe operation of the equipment.
Do I need to be specially licensed to rent some equipment?
In some instances, you will need a forklift license and/or an aerial work platform license.
What are your payment terms?
A deposit is due upon pick-up of equipment, along with payments by VISA, MasterCard or Discover. Cash payment is accepted upon return.
How do you handle damaged returns?
You, the customer, are responsible for damage to equipment as per our rental agreement(s).
